Co-Regulation: Tools to Help Children
This 90-minute workshop is designed for groups of adults who want to better understand emotional regulation and how to support children’s emotional development. This workshop helps dismantle false beliefs about “giving into” a child’s behavior to help them regulate while recognizing the difficulty of self-regulation for the adult caregiver.
This workshop is for you if:
you are a professional attempting to manage the emotions of multiple children in daycare or school setting
you are a parent or caregiver and can’t help your child “calm down”
You are a helping professional struggling to provide a service because emotional dysregulation
